Al-Inshiqaq 84:21

Meccan · The Sundering

وَإِذَا قُرِئَ عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلْقُرْءَانُ لَا يَسْجُدُونَ ۩

And when the Qur'an is recited to them, they do not prostrate [to Allah]
