Al-Ma'arij 70:40

Meccan · The Ascending Stairways

فَلَآ أُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْمَشَـٰرِقِ وَٱلْمَغَـٰرِبِ إِنَّا لَقَـٰدِرُونَ

So I swear by the Lord of [all] risings and settings that indeed We are able
