Ar-Rahman 55:41

Medinan · The Beneficent

يُعْرَفُ ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ بِسِيمَـٰهُمْ فَيُؤْخَذُ بِٱلنَّوَٰصِى وَٱلْأَقْدَامِ

The criminals will be known by their marks, and they will be seized by the forelocks and the feet
