Az-Zukhruf 43:52
أَمْ أَنَا۠ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ هَـٰذَا ٱلَّذِى هُوَ مَهِينٌ وَلَا يَكَادُ يُبِينُ
Or am I [not] better than this one who is insignificant and hardly makes himself clear
