Az-Zumar 39:62

ٱللَّهُ خَـٰلِقُ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ ۖ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ وَكِيلٌ

Allah is the Creator of all things, and He is, over all things, Disposer of affairs
