As-Saffat 37:30

Meccan · Those who set the Ranks

وَمَا كَانَ لَنَا عَلَيْكُم مِّن سُلْطَـٰنٍۭ ۖ بَلْ كُنتُمْ قَوْمًا طَـٰغِينَ

And we had over you no authority, but you were a transgressing people
