As-Saffat 37:147

Meccan · Those who set the Ranks

وَأَرْسَلْنَـٰهُ إِلَىٰ مِا۟ئَةِ أَلْفٍ أَوْ يَزِيدُونَ

And We sent him to [his people of] a hundred thousand or more
