As-Sajdah 32:18
أَفَمَن كَانَ مُؤْمِنًا كَمَن كَانَ فَاسِقًا ۚ لَّا يَسْتَوُۥنَ
Then is one who was a believer like one who was defiantly disobedient? They are not equal
