Ali 'Imran 3:54

Medinan · Family of Imran

وَمَكَرُوا۟ وَمَكَرَ ٱللَّهُ ۖ وَٱللَّهُ خَيْرُ ٱلْمَـٰكِرِينَ

And the disbelievers planned, but Allah planned. And Allah is the best of planners
