Al-Hajj 22:75

ٱللَّهُ يَصْطَفِى مِنَ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةِ رُسُلًا وَمِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَمِيعٌۢ بَصِيرٌ

Allah chooses from the angels messengers and from the people. Indeed, Allah is Hearing and Seeing
